Is there a contract or commitment? What is the cancellation policy?
We do not require a member to sign a contract that locks them in to a certain period of membership. Memberships are ongoing, but must be paid monthly or pre-paid annually to remain in good standing. A minimum of the first month of membership must be paid up front and is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your membership with us and have a balance of pre-paid fees, you will be given a pro-rated refund based on your cancellation date.
Do I have to be a member in order to be seen?
Yes. We currently do not allow patients to have office visits without becoming a member. If you are interested in coming to visit the office and speak with the staff before joining, we would be happy to show you around and answer any questions that you may have.
How do I know if Dr. Anderson and the Direct Primary Care model are right for me?
Please schedule a visit to discuss your needs for health care, a visit that will be free and unconditional. It’s the only reasonable way to begin what, we trust, will be a long, productive, altogether healthy friendship. Get in touch here!

Can children become members and be seen?
CYes. We see children of enrolled members, including newborns, but do not perform routine immunizations.
We believe in the importance of immunizations, but at this time, storage and administration is a costly process. The local Health Department has streamlined this process. Immunizations are free for children under age 18. We encourage patients to visit them for routine vaccines. Union County North Carolina Health Department website link
